Craggy Range Trans Tasman Challenge
Main Beach
The first of two dining challenges between the Palazzo Versace Executive Chef, Steve Szabo, and the team at Craggy Range will be held in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand on 30 and 31 May.
The return challenge, where the team from Craggy Range will be invited to match their wines with the menu designed by Chef Steve Szabo will be held in Vanitas Restaurant during GCBazaar.
Craggy Range Winery is New Zealand’s specialist producer of single vineyard wines, situated at the bottom of Te Mata Peak just outside of Havelock North, in the beautiful Hawkes Bay.
