Iron Chef Dinner

Main Beach

Palazzo Versace is delighted to welcome the culinary genius of Television’s Iron Chef French Sakai which will be showcased in this superb dining event.

Over three nights in July, guests will be granted a rare opportunity, an insider’s view of the kitchen.  Cameras will capture every moment as Sakai, and Executive Chef Steve Szabo, create dishes reflecting their passion for Japanese cuisine and traditional French cooking techniques.

In the lavish surrounds of the award-winning Vanitas Restaurant, large screens will display each moment live from the kitchen, from preparation to presentation, as both chefs combine to produce eight exquisite courses with specially selected wines to complement each dish.

Please join us for one, two or all three nights of this truly unique experience.
